Advanced Neuro Rehabilitation

Advanced  Neuro Rehabilitation including:

• Upper extremity and hand
• Mobility and Ambulation

We have therapists who have taken advanced neurological courses to learn techniques and approaches to promote improved functioning of the neurological upper extremity and hand, mobility and walking.

These courses include the NDTA Advanced Upper Extremity and Hand courses, and Advanced Handling and Gait courses.  Inter-Action Rehabilitation Inc. has sponsored in house courses for our therapists that have been taught by Waleed Al Oboudi OTR  and Michelle Gerber PT.

We believe that  you have to start working on the hand as soon as possible, while at the same time working on postural control and proximal arm function and that the neuro arm/hand is always  attended to and incorporated into therapy.
